Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience in QA/QC work in construction
• Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards
• Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing
• Able to prepare inspection and turnover reports
• Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify material specifications, quality, and compliance with approved standards
• Conduct regular inspections of installation works
• Perform periodic tests on installed roofing and gutter systems.
• Maintain inspection logs, quality checks, and daily reports
• Prepare punch lists and follow up on corrective actions
• Conduct final inspections before project turnover
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete for client approval
