Job Qualifications (Years of experience, Age, Gender, Tools, Skill/Technical Stack):

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Experience in a group/holding company set-up or multi-industry environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for management reporting.
• High integrity, analytical mindset, and results-driven orientation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across the Multi-Line Group.
• Supervise a team of 4 staff in preparing accurate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Provide management with insights on profitability, cost efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgets, long-term planning, and new business initiatives.
• Monitor actual results vs. budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate business performance of operating units and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Ensure timely consolidation of financial reports from all operating units.
• Support compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to support strategic decisions.
