Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Crucially, proven experience in property management accounting is required.
