Job Qualifications:

• At least college level
• With at least 1 year of work experience as a salesman.
• Familiarity in auxiliary systems (FDAS, CCTV, FTTH, PA/BGM, Access
• Control System, etc.) or other related products is an advantage.
• Willing to do field work daily
• Has good written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

• Shall study and master the benefits, advantages, and features of all the products assigned to you to promote and sell, including how they are installed.
• Shall promote our products and services to consultants, architects, and designers and be able to present them with clarity and conviction.
• Given monthly sales quota.  It is your responsibility to accomplish or even exceed this monthly sales quota.
• Shall sell our products under our standard payment terms and conditions and to secure approval from Credit and Collection for payment terms outside of these standard terms before making agreements with the customer.
• Shall be responsible for collection of all the sales you make, including those sales made on months you failed to achieve your sales quota. 
• Shall be responsible for gathering information on our competitors and to report it to your supervisor immediately.  This information concerns their products, pricing, projects, sales statistics, distribution policies and strategies, advertising and promotion.
