Application Support Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Job Qualifications:

 

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 2 years of experience in application system and/or technical architecture support, systems and data analysis, trouble shooting and problem identification and resolution of identified issues/problems.
  • 2 years of experience in developing object-oriented web-based (e.g Spring Framework, Java, J2EE, SQL, Glassfish, HTML, CSS Eclipse IDE, C#, etc.) applications with RDBMS databases.
  • 1 year of experience in Java Spring frameworks (ICE Fces, Angular JS and .NET, REACT, Vue)
  • 1 year of experience in API development (e.g. REST, SOAP, JSON).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the investigation (defines application problem by conferring with business/technical users, evaluating procedures and processes) analysis, coding, fixing, testing, and implementation of all the application support and maintenance activities that may be required during the duration of the contract.
  • Take full responsibility for all levels of system documentations making sure it is up to date.
  • Develop/code, repair bugs and errors.
  • Perform application tests in the development environment.
  • Manage system releases, writing production operational tests.
  • Analyze and create or revise the necessary report scripts as may be required from time to time.
