Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or supplements industry (preferred).
• Strong background in digital marketing (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, creator-led campaigns).
• Experience in product launch management and omni-channel marketing.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller tools).
