Administrative Support (CRM Expertise)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• With 2-3 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Has basic knowledge in using CRM.
• Excellence in using Excel, Pivot Table, and Formula
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and consolidate sales data from various distributors, then transform and upload it to the CRM system.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports to users.
• Maintain the Field Force territory information within the CRM system.
• Assist with the System Simplification Project led by Commercial-Ops, aiming to replace manual reporting processes with an automated system over time.
• Support the knowledge transfer for Pfizer colleagues on topics such as Off-take reports, Zelp Sales Validation, and List price maintenance and validation.
